    Does the service cost anything?

    No. Auto Advisors is a complimentary service, and there is no obligation to purchase a vehicle.

    How is this service free?

    You never pay for help from Auto Advisors, and you are never required to purchase a vehicle. If you do buy, the dealership pays Auto Advisors a standard referral fee from its existing marketing budget. The fee is the same regardless of the participating dealership or vehicle you choose, so there is no financial incentive to steer you toward one option over another. The fee is not added as a charge to your invoice.

    Do I need to know exactly what vehicle I want?

    Not at all. Tell us what you need, what matters to you and what you’re considering. Your advisor can help you explore your options.

    Can I still look for vehicles on my own?

    Absolutely. You can send your advisor vehicles you find, ask questions and get an expert opinion before moving forward.
